About Angelo Dcruz

Technology agnostic Management Professional with 10 years of experience as a Client facing Manager. Working currently as Technical Project Manager responsible for setting up cloud infrastructure from scratch to run their ecommerce business for clients based in Europe. Individual project duration could be between 3 to 6 months . I have acquired Prince 2 Practitioner, ITIL V4 Foundation, ITIL V4 Strategist (Direct, Plan, Improve),ITIL V4 Specialist(Create, Deliver, Support), AWS Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master(CSM) certifications.The varied exposure to different domains viz Network, Security, SDWAN, Cloud infrastructure are key highlights. Moreover, the two onsite engagements to Hong Kong and Germany are testimony of my strong stakeholder management skills and strong client relationship skills.Previous role involved running an Operations team supporting SaaS offering on AWS environment including incident management, service request fulfilment, event monitoring, access management. Was sent to Essen, Germany to conduct feasibility study in the creation of a new Operations team, engage with client stakeholders and to work as their consultant. Back in Cochin formed a new team and was involved in the Hiring, training and building of the Operations team. Subsequently served as Service Manager of team. In my previous organisation, British Telecom (BT) started of as a Level 1 Network Operations Engineer and in a span of 8 years, became the Service Manager of the Unilever account (one among the top 5 clients of BT worldwide)responsible for overseeing Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, Change Management, Configuration Management. Prior to that served as Service Manager in the AIA account (Biggest client of BT in the Asia Pacific Region) .My stint in BT also included a onsite assignment for AIA at Hong Kong where I was closely associated with the Project phase when the client was being transitioned to BT.
