▪ Technical Project manager for Tumble Dryer, assigned for Product Development Projects manufactured in the plant of Lodz, Poland.▪ Preparation of the Project Plan IDP (Ideal Development Plan - GANTT) merging the plans from all the subsystem and aligning that to the project deadlines.▪ Problem solving on project issues from technical standpoint, leading A3 preparation and test plan preparation with V&V and Product approval engineers. Cross-functional interactions with marketing, manufacturing, quality, costing, service and logistic team to ensure proper project running and monitoring. From early design stages to SOP.▪ Running Scoping (Investments and resources) for range extension projects with people leaders and GPO (Global Product Organization – R&D) team.▪ Weekly report and presentation to the leadership team about the technical status of the projects and providing updates during formal gates approvals.▪ Budget management for project for NPE (not people expenses).▪ Managing and organizing build campaign plan and samples suppling, supervision in production during the build sessions.▪ Leading of quality and cost projects running Business Case and project introduction.▪ Preparation of IOC (Impact of Change) investigation whenever there is a risk of scope creep.

▪ Managing of an international team of six people located between Italy and Romania.▪ Assigning task to resources in different fields: electronic circuit developments, firmware, mechanical design, product industrialization, BOM, technical documentation and product validation tests.▪ Managing of all the projects, activities and not conformity involving products assigned to the Dishwashing BU.▪ Kaizen approach to the management: using weekly meeting to keep under control the state of all the activities, daily Gemba, PDCA process, training plan using the Skill Matrix for the members of the team, KPIs to measure the performance of the team.▪ Reporting to the General Management and to the CEO.

▪ Project Manager for projects involving mechanical, electronics and firmware design. Relations with the stakeholders of the project, monitoring the activities, support of them, planning, supply planning for factory and collecting of the lesson learned. ▪ Structuring and defining features with the marketing department, leading the development team, preparing specification for factory testing machine. Supporting the product validation team in the process of validation and test. Relations with the suppliers and consulters.

▪ Maintenance and drawing of hardware and firmware technical project documentation.▪ Design of technical specification for new products, considering both marketing needs and technical requirements, with specific focus on cost analysis and value.▪ CE compliant tests for the products with electronic boards (EMC, ESD, SURGE, BURST).▪ Firmware designer of water treatment control systems for swimming pools and laundry systems ModBus protocol implementation on embedded systems.
