Following the company's strategic plan and reporting to the CEO, my primary duties were to develop and lead the international business in the main areas of the Far East, GCC, Europe, and North America, where we have established event licenses (such as "La Festa 1000 Miglia Japan", “Warm-up CH” and “1000 Miglia Experience UAE”, etc.) with the goal of creating a global community and a circle of events for classic cars enthusiasts. I also managed different kinds of partnerships in terms of licensing (jewelry, glasses, loyalty programs, perfumes, pens, clothing, etc.), sponsorships (Chopard, Hermès, Cipriani, Franciacorta Wine, etc.), and other key collaborations (F1, Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, Tourism and Culture Authorities, etc.).

My time as Clothing & Accessories Product Manager for "Fabbrica d'Armi Pietro Beretta" gave me the opportunity to explore and succeed in a new working environment in the clothing & accessories markets. I was able to hone my soft skills working with people of two completely different worlds: commercial on one hand and public sector/armed forces on the other.I was able to transfer my public sector and technical expertise to the commercial market. I presented outdoor and hunting products to a global salesforce and shared the lessons learned from collaborating with special forces where use functionality and materials are tested to their maximum.I led the creation of opportunities as well as program and project management, product development, pricing, positioning and life management alongside the client in collaboration with big industry players such as Gore-Tex, Toray, Polartec (raw materials/fabrics) and Leonardo/Finmeccanica Spa, Mechanix wear and "Rudy Project, etc etc (finished products).This resulted in getting awarded several tenders with different armed forces, growing the company’s revenue, and the launch of several C&A collections.

At high school, I was the head of the student council and started organizing events. In the first year, I started with 3 events of 1.500 people each and in the last year organized 25 events with 6.000 people at the most successful ones.The growth of the start-up came as a surprise for us. The company was constantly improving and the numbers kept increasing. We handled everything from invitations to permits, promotion and the management of the events. Our portfolio did not only include parties but, when we started growing, also events such as the "Miss & Mister Terme di Boario", "Duets" which was televised and we partnered with the television channel MTV "Music Television Channel". Our main partners were Gruppo Zani, Terme di Boario Spa, Colorado, Zelig, TOP100 DJMAG, UDJ - United Deejays, etc etc.

At Forge Fedriga Srl I first held the position of Cost and Process Business Controller and Analyst. Afterward, I was tasked by the CEO and CFO as Project Manager. My objective was to improve the cost tracking system, focused mainly on raw materials and managing production activity management (ultimately optimizing by 15% of costing accuracy).

I taught Maths and Information Technology at “Olivelli Putelli” High School Institute.
