With a strong commitment to community, Angelo advocates for historically marginalized groups, facilitates the development of leadership pipelines, builds inclusive cultures, and has mentored youth to foster confidence and life skills through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.Bringing 19 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Angelo has held executive roles in local & state government across Colorado, as the Director of Organizational Development at the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District, Chief Culture Officer at Eagle County Government and most recently as the Director of Human Resources at the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment. Certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management and a Career Development Facilitator by the National Career Development Association, Angelo is known for his collaborative and strategic approach to HR. He excels in crafting organizational development strategies that cultivates a sense of belonging and inspires high-performing teams.Beyond his professional endeavors, Angelo finds joy in travel, music, the outdoors, and building cars. He takes pride in his son Blu, a student at CU-Denver, and resides in the Denver metro area with his loving spouse Erin.
