Responsible for initiating project work for Yahoo which pertain to campus improvement and space expansion including manipulation of CAD drawings. Would need to work within a set budget and provide weekly updates to end user and vendors on progress and scheduled deadlines that needed to be met.-

Installed and maintain modular office furniture for various clients. Would go to customer site and deliver, assemble, maintain, or repair various brands of modular office furniture. I would also provide CAD drawings for customer and schedule outside vendors to perform the installation or reconfiguration for client.-

Responsible for handling internal work orders that include Maintaining the ascetics of the office spaces. Take down and set-up of workstations, including wiring and data ports. Analyze HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems. Make recommendations to the Facilities Manager for solutions, assist in developing the policy and procedures manual for the facility department. Conduct daily walkthrough of entire building checking for lighting, plumbing, electrical and unsafe conditions.-
