I manage the largest single adult emergency homeless shelter in the state of NJ. I also head my agency's Homeless Outreach program.

Managed a 15-unit permanent housing program for men and women living with HIV/AIDS.

Provided intensive case management to a caseload of up to 30 formerly homeless clients housed in the agency's scattered site housing program (HUD), which included single adults and families with children.

Provided mentorship to young men and women, ages 16 to 21, who were involved in the criminal justice system (probation) as a means to prevent incarceration.

Provided in-depth intensive clinical case management to upwards of 45 homeless MICA clients at any given time. Assisted homeless clients with HRA 2010E housing applications, conducted psychosocial evaluations, and assisted clients with obtaining permanent housing.
