Together with Chiara, we lead Nexcomply in designing secure and scalable solutions that ensure compliance with European regulations, such as MiCA and MiFID2. As a Product Manager at Dzing, my primary focus is on overseeing the development and evolution of our digital payment platform. This involves conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as gathering feedback from customers to understand their needs and pain points.One of the key aspects of my role is working closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to translate product requirements into actionable plans. I collaborate with these teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and launch.In addition to managing the product roadmap, I also play a crucial role in prioritizing features and improvements based on their potential impact and alignment with Dzing’s overall business goals.
