Establishes positive relationships with individuals in unhoused communities and encampments in the target areas.Possess highly attenuated emotional intelligence to accurately assess individuals they are responding to, understand and regulate their own emotions and triggers.Develop a strategy to respond to the crisis in a calm and warm manner that de-escalates the situation.Work collaboratively with members of their team to implement evidence-based strategies that contribute to the well-being and successful resolution of unhoused individuals experiencing distress.

Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales, labor, and food costs and drive their store to profitability goals.Provides strong day-to-day leadership to staff to achieve these goals as well as overall financial and operational performance of the store.Regulate and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.Recruit, interview and hire all staff for the store location.
