The PMEE is transversal in nature and is subdivided into two (2) sectors, namely:(i) Sector for Women Entrepreneurs(ii) Entrepreneurship and SME's Sector The portfolio has the following objectives:(i) Lead the Public Private Dialogue in all matters related to the challenges of women entrepreneurs, SMEs and entrepreneurship;(ii) Promote debates and reflections on entrepreneurship, challenges for women entrepreneurs and SMEs;(iii) Provide technical advice to the departments of other sectors, members of CTA and the business sector in general, on matters related to gender, entrepreneurship and SMEs.(i) Ministry of Gender Child and Social Action;(ii) State Secretariat for Youth and Employment.

Participate in meetings of the Board of Directors, participate in meetings of the General Assembly and others, represent APME in meetings and other forums whenever requested, and give formal knowledge to all other areas of the deliberations of the Board of Directors; b) Provide support and advice to the Board of Directors and the Departments of APME, as well as to all organic units and members of APME at the request of the Board of Directors; c) Issuing opinions on all matters related to the attributions of APME, when determined by superiors; d) Intervene, directly or through the use of specially hired agents, in legal proceedings in which ADSE, I.P. is a party or an interested party, performing any judicial and extrajudicial acts; e) Ensure and support the preparation of legislative and regulatory projects on matters related to the attributions of APME,

ObjectivesThe Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Mozambique aims to:1. Defend the Made in Mozambique brand in the national and international market.9. Establish cooperation partnerships with national and international organizations for thestrengthening of small and medium-sized national entrepreneurs.10.
