CurrentInventory Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating stock information into the hotel’s inventory management systemOrder Processing and Documentation: Handling the administrative tasks related to stock orders, such as preparing purchase orders, checking invoices, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained for all inventory transactions.Call Center Support: Serving as the point of contact for internal hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance) via phone or email, addressing requests for supplies or stock items.Coordinating with Suppliers: Managing communication with vendors and suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability. Ensuring timely follow-up on any issues related to deliveries or product availability.Reporting and Auditing: Preparing regular stock reports for management, detailing inventory levels, usage patterns, and stock discrepancies. Assisting with inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of data in the system and physical stock.Data Integrity and System Updates: Ensuring that all data related to stock and inventory is accurately maintained and up-to-date in the system. This includes managing any necessary system updates or inputting new stock codes and descriptions as required.Customer Service (Internal): Providing excellent internal customer service by responding promptly to the needs of various departments within the hotel. Addressing their requests for stock items efficiently and ensuring proper communication on delivery times and stock availability.Issue Resolution: Handling any discrepancies between stock received and ordered, resolving issues like missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries by communicating with both suppliers and internal teams.Clerical Support: Assisting in filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents related to inventory and stock management. Maintaining well-organized records of purchase orders, receipts, and stock movements for easy retrieval.
