As part of the Information Technology Office at Kenyatta National Hospital, I was assigned to troubleshoot erroneous network connections, set up network infrastructure, set up computer systems and provide technical support in various parts of the institution. Kenyatta National Hospital enabled me to enhance my knowledge of how enterprise systems and enterprise network topologies function as well as improving my soft skills as I engaged with professionals of different medical fields in the technical support role.

My role at Milimani Primary School involved voluntary work. This was through assisting the teaching and non-teaching staff in various tasks around the school. Furthermore, I was involved in the mentorship of students, providing insights about my Computer Science course as well as providing advice on progression in the education system.
