Keep high quality standards in aspect of 2d component drawings and 3d modelling (CatiaV5) in accordance to the company policy from the european HQ. KnowHow transfer. Training and coaching of design engineers. Evaulate and improve current solutions of steering columns.

Implement standards of developing steering columns into the new organisation in Shanghai. responsible for the first project developed with the new team. Make sure the quality standard are kept and correleate to the standards from the european mother company. Training and coaching of local employees for designing with CatiaV5 and how to handle comany internal systems(PLM f.E)

More than 10 years experiance within the TK Presta Company as a design engineer .From the cam shaft (2001-2002) to the cold forging components (2002-2005) until the final stage in the steering column division (2005-2011) designing and creating technical solutions for steering columns and/or intermediate shafts for several different OEMs . Used to work with diferent CAD systems (Pro/E2000&wildfire)(CatiaV4&V5)(UG NX3&NX5). Creating technical documents ,be responsible for the design , make sure the product reaches the requirements and is feasible for production.
