I have experience in operating and maintaining a cogeneration boiler in the molasses and grain distillery industry. After that, I worked with a gas-fired boiler plant in a polymer company, gaining experience in captive power plant operations. My responsibilities included the operation & Maintenance, erection and commissioning, Modification of boilers and turbines, managing manpower, and planning shutdowns. I also handled Material Management through SAP MM to arrange spare parts for repair and maintenance activities. Additionally, I prepared daily plant reports (DPR) & Budget to share with the head office and was responsible for preparing the MIS."
