Responsibilities Includes:Responsible for supporting the VP Structural Programs and the VP Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with general administrative tasks (i.e. answer telephones, maintain files, calendar management, produce/fax/scan documents, sort and distribute daily mail and maintain daily task lists)Work hand-in-hand with Finance Coordinator to keep all divisions of Finance alignAssist with planning and organizing meetings/appointments/eventsHandle tenant concerns, including but not limited to calls and emails, and issue work orders as needed Conduct formal site inspections as required in compliance with established standard operating policies and procedures.Oversee repairs, apartment alterations and capital improvements, as required, in compliance with local codesCoordinate travel arrangements and keep travel schedules as assignedAssemble, submit and maintain expense reportsMaintain office supplies for Finance TeamAssist with hosting guests and business partners visiting the Executive OfficePerform additional support duties as assigned
