Execute global planning for Effect Pigments balancing mid-term planning in line with service targets. Lead monthly meetings to review regional and global shortages, change in demand, global dysfunctional inventory and capacity constraints.Accurate rough cut planning 4 to 12 months out to ensure service requirements and distribution setup is met. Review deviations with proper responsible planners in regions to correct material setups and demands. Assess planning and replenishment processes in relation to Global Inventory Optimization (GIO) supply strategy.Prepare global shortage report highlighting products in tight supply; where necessary working closely with CSR/FTR on ATP dates. Review key performance measurements at Supply Validation meeting and identify the root cause for underperformance. Recommend corrective actions. Influence the site and negotiate with key stakeholders to gain buy-in for the manufacturing schedule. Create Master Production Schedule in SAP R3 using planning board and APO SNP module to control firm planned orders flowing into R3. Ad hoc inventory analysis reports and present key performance indicators for pre-S&OP meetings as needed.
