I also have delivered a monitoring solution for server availability that required coordinated efforts of many teams across the Tech Ops division to implement. I regularly deliver projects on time and on budget against all odds. Additionally, I implement and maintain telecommunication device monitoring applications for availability, performance and capacity planning. Other responsibilities include the evaluation of emerging technologies for process and performance improvement initiatives that ultimately reduce cost and increase efficiency. Quickly moved from a data transmission representative to a product support role where I delivered, maintained and upgraded many of our business-to-business e-commerce systems. These systems have a 99.6% targeted online availability for critical financial applications. Work on these systems required direct communication with many high profile, high dollar institutional clients as these systems provide secure transport of demographic, payroll contribution and other files of external clients into our batch process. Additionally, I coordinated meetings and conference calls with business advocates and external clients for new transmissions and educated them on our existing protocols and testing procedures.
