Develops and supports an ASP.NET MVC 5 application.Developed in C Sharp with Entity Framework on the server side. On the browser side, developed with Javascript and Jquery.

I oversee and ensure the successful operation of the Help Desk Call Center and Campus Computer Labs. During each shift, I would make sure consultants were provided with assistance with difficult issues. I made sure consultants were appropriately conversing with clients and completing work assignments. I helped delegate work and made sure certain tasks were accomplished.At the end of each Semester, I would do employee evaluations for certain consultants that I am directly responsible for.I would overview and participate in the creation of documentation for work practices.I would shadow new employees and supervisors.I also revised and helped create documentation for technical training courses.

As a support technician, I supported both the staff and patrons that were at the library. I would support the staff with all issues related to anything technical. The most notable issues included printing, software, active directory, computer deployments, and meeting setups. I was also involved in overseeing the successful operation of the library’s automated book return system, which was a multi-million dollar European machine. I was involved in image creation for computer deployment. I also provided assistance to patrons through our staff members who were assisting patrons and needed additional help because they could not find a solution on their own.
