Currently on a mission to save West Africa’s last African wild dogs! 🐾From my time spent in Southern Africa as a conservationist intern, I gained an extensive range of experiences. Passionate about African wild dog conservation, I realised, however, that I would like my career path to take another direction. It seemed to me that it would be more rewarding to pursue my career in the West of Africa where only one population of African wild dog remains in the region.I conducted a Masters of Research at Imperial College London, supervised by Prof. Rosie Woodroffe. Along with her lab, I conducted a research project as part of the wild dog "Hot Dogs" project". Along this research project, we've develop an emergency programme for West Africa’s last wild dogs and were offered a grant from IUCN SOS Species.My passion for wildlife conservation also encouraged me to create my own conservation initiative, TwoCan Conservation.
