• Assess project requirements to bring the Sulzer Pumps division into SOD compliance
• Establish international project plan with corporate and divisional sign off
• Establish governance, risk owners and risks to start the risk remediation.
• Establish/Implement new security processes incorporating SAP GRC.
• Migrate from SAP GRC Access Control 5.3 to SAP GRC10.

• Provide Volkswagen with a roadmap to address audit findings and Segregation of Duties violations.
• Perform risk and business process assessments to identify gaps in processes.
• Work with business unit leaders (US, Canada) to address Segregation of Duties violations by educating business on risk and developing technical solutions or business process changes that mitigate current risk.
• Recommend mitigation plans and internal controls to demonstrate accountability and responsibility within the SAP ECC system.
• Recommend SAP SOD Mitigation Management tools to provide visibility regarding risks and process of how SOD and mitigated risk will be addressed.
• Recommend internal controls from a technical and business process perspective.
