Management of about 50 Electronic Data Capture projects, mainly for the collection of technical and economical data of the italian energy market.- Lead the development and support teams dedicated to that projects.- Collect requirements needed to create each new project.- Management of all the project lifecycle: budget in the pre-project definition phase, planning of activities and definition of project’s progress monitoring, reporting of procject’s status to stakeholders, delivery, maintenance, closing.
