Maintenance Methods Engineer: -structure and formalize the data on the existing installed base in order to execute the preventive maintenance; -Plan, develop and implement methods and procedures aimed to organize and improve the maintenance activities;-Develop Standard Maintenance Procedures to be implemented during Maintenance Contract execution phase-Support the configuration of the maintenance module of our ERP (SAP-PM) to ease and streamline maintenance execution, planning and continuous improvement, in collaboration with IT Department.-Investigate and study new ideas, methods and technologies related to plant/equipment maintenance. Recommend and implement improvements, to maximize the efficiency of the services and reduce, at the same time, future maintenance requirements.-Take active role in the development of on-going projects related to preventive maintenance on aseptic and regular equipments, in liaison with product groups.
