In this role I am having the opportunity to work on various projects on various clients, mainly assisting project managers or program managers.I’m working in the energy & utilities sector and my main current focus is on an AMS projects, where I am responsible for coordinating the activities of technicians regarding evolutions, CR, overtime support activities, ticket management and analysis through reports and team meetings, and business travel for client site meetings.I help PMs and program manager with cost forecasting, claim distribution among different types of resources, team management and customers communication regarding problems or project status, activities and developments.I'm also working as PM on some new projects.

As IT consultant in Alten Italy, I worked in Skylogic (Eutelsat) client company in a management role regarding Agile projects:I was a bridge figure between PM (that was also a scrum master) and developers.I was in charge of: knowledge and document management using company tools (Confluence, Jira and Celoxis); creation and management of project spaces; users configurations and management; functionalities check and document management for tools upgrades; ticket opening and management; project assessment.

Study of complex networks; analysis of network parameters configuration of some social networks; Company network analysis for configuration of a network model for a project sharing portal based on the scale-free model.

Corporate internship focused on the use of php frameworks: codeigniter and bootstrap.
