Communication is key, but many leaders in the work force can struggle with communicating effectively with their teams. I am no different, and most likely, you aren't either. While learning better communication skills at CSUF, I've come across great communicators, but none of them would admit that they WERE great communicators. Ever curious, I would question why, until one class where a professor of mine admitted that once you think you're a great communicator, you stop learning how to better your communication. That will forever stick with me.I may not be a great communicator, but I will continue to add the many lessons life has to offer and hone my skills to where others will look at me the same way I viewed those professors. With communication and safety at the forefront of my work, I will look to train and develop future leaders and teams in order to promote quality wherever I may land.That is my goal, and a promise to the great leaders that have helped mold me to who I am now, but, of course, that will not mean I won't be able to change and adapt to the times.Stay Golden- Angelo J.S Sansonetti
