Provide remote and on site implementation, integration and support for Seal software products utilising a very broad range of IT skills and knowledge. Responsibilities includes• Architecting and deploying Alvaria solutions • Integration of Alvaria services with third party platforms• Producing implementation documentation as well as delivering operational consultancy and guidance in the best use of the Alvaria solution to meet customers’ business needs.• Ensure systems are thoroughly configured and tested, conducting post-implementation ready-for-service testing, assisting with user acceptance testing and Go-live support, proactively identifying and resolving all project issues throughout the process.• Working closely with project managers and Professional Services management, providing regular updates on project status, issues and opportunities where appropriate. • Contributing technical ideas and process improvement recommendations to the team. • Successfully developed customer relationships using expertise and strong communication skills which has resulted in improvement in customer satisfaction.• Undertake testing code fixes before implementing on site, eliminating risk of failure, as well as testing beta releases both on site and in lab environments.• Maintained a close communication with customers to ensure critical change management requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.• Technical lead at customer meetings for sales, project management and support.• Managing escalations for EMEA implementations & support.• Providing direction, training, mentoring and support to other team members and colleagues.

As per my current role my responsibilities as an Implementation Consultant within Aspect were very similar as outlined above in ensuring the successful delivery of unified communication consulting services to a wide range of business sectors, which included Banks, Insurance, Utility companies and Government services.

Manage Implementation, training and support of Rockwell Call Centre equipment, outbound dialers and Aspect products. Liaise with customers on a day-to-day basis, understanding their individual problems and needs with respect to their business requirements.

Administration of 4 telephony systems (Meridian, Btex, STS and Rockwell ACDs). This covered all aspects of front line support, day-to-day maintenance, system explanation and training. Understanding the company’s needs, requirements and implementing any changes or possible new equipment required in order to support existing or any new business. Administer the company’s IP addresses and authorise internet access via the Firewall.
