- Develop strategic and long-term loyalty relationships between the company and customers providing benefits to both parties.- Identification of custemers needs and offer for customized solutions. - Project management, coordination of agents and technical service. - Development of commercial strategies aimed at increasing company turnover. - Promotion of new machinery/tools development based on market needs.

Key responsabilities and activities of the role:- Development of prototypes and industrialization process needed to scale up the industrial production- Promotes and is in charge of the industrialization process by working with the Demand Planning for setting the volumes and time of production, with Technical Engineering & Capital Investments to employ or scale up the quantity produced by new machineries, with the Quality Control to implement the quality requirements of new products, and the Plan Manager to oversee the whole process of industrialization.- Design with the Operation Director new product production strategies or the reengineering of existing processes to optimize the out of the industrialization process- Work with the Technical Engineering & Capital Investments in order to promote a culture of technology and spread the use of advanced production method that may decrease costs or increase productivity- Feeds and revive inputs about time managment from the New Product Development in order to stay on time for the deliver of prototype and the volume of new products decided with customers.- Works on the design of prototype with Sales and Marketing functions through understanding customers needs, with Raw Material Procurement by sourcing raw materials needed for the development.- Suggest inputs usefull to the pricing function, to have a better idea of production and processing process- Works to develop a strong connection between R&D and operation function to implement and design cost efficient process in order to guarantee a technological spillover, a smooth industrialization process and shared knowledge across the organization

Main activities:- Application Group leader (new product/process development, plant tests, setting and industrialization)- Coordinate new projects- New product development- Test, setting and omologation for new products production- Co-operation with Client Companies for product development following their standards (Harrods, Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, JS, Delhaize, Colruyt, Lidl, Coop, Nestlè and others)
