My experience working as a Project Manager and as a Cost Estimator, for both contractors and construction managers has given me uncommon insight on two very different perspectives of construction. Spending many years out in the field and in the office has given me the understanding of the full process of a project, from conceptual design through construction. I have 31 years of experience in the electrical trade in all phases from hands on work, supervisory position and owner operator of a licensed NYC Electrical firm. Over 12 years of Construction Management in estimating budget cost, bid package preparation, and proposal submission. Familiar with IBEW procedures and have an established working relationship with New Jersey/New York local union contractors.
