My first job was at McDonalds Corporation as a Service Crew and I was promoted as a Service Crew Trainer after 8 months of working with the company. After a year I decided to seek career growth and better opportunity, I was hired in one of the biggest BPO company who handle mainly clients from US. I worked with the company for more than 8 years as a Customer Service Representative for a Telecom Company in US. Basically I was trained to provide Customer Support, Sales, Order Support, Retention, Technical troubleshooting, Finance and Bill Handling.As a Customer Service Representative for more than 8 years, I was able to develop very useful skill sets that can be applicable to your company. Some of my skills that has been developed over the years of working in the company are maintaining a positive attitude toward customers at all times, self-control, multitask, clear communication, talking responsibility, build customer connection, resolving concern in a timely manner, persuasive speaking skills specially when doing sales and most importantly is understanding customer with a great listening skill.
