ANIMACTION PRO is an animation company in the tourism sector that operates in different entertainment sectors. With ANIMACTION PRO I had the opportunity to participate in two different projects in collaboration with two different companies:WAINGUNGA GROUP – Located in Lepe, Huelva region, Waingunga is a 50-hectare natural space designed for adventure sports activities (kayaking, slide, climbing, hiking, etc.), camps and all kinds of events. In addition, the Waingunga space has the capacity to accommodate about 200 people.As a team leader and project manager, I was responsible for:- Monitor hiring processes;- Training of monitors;- Management of infrastructure and materials for the development of activities;- Consulting;- Creation of activity programs;- Accounting (basic level);- Marketing and communication;- Coordination and supervision of the different activities developed in an environmental area. And there was also the opportunity to actively participate in the assembly, repair and review of infrastructure for activities.The park received an average of 250 guests per day (varying depending on the months) and had a team of 50 monitors prepared to perform adventure and animation sports activities.VILA BALEIRA HOTELS & RESORTS – On the island of Porto Santo (Madeira), I worked mainly as a multipurpose monitor for monitoring sports, recreational and night life activities for 950-1000 customers of all age groups. During the process I was also responsible for:- Training of animators;- Creation and realization of evening activity programs in collaboration with choreographer and team leader;- Supervision of the Mini Club (space for children).

OrcaNation was a company in which I created and developed projects in the field of environmental conservation with the main objective of educating future generations to preserve the oceans and the environment. The programs were mostly developed for international colleges, families and multinational companies. OrcaNation originated in Southeast Asia. After the success in Southeast Asia, decided to start a start-up in Portugal (Cascais)... unfortunately the project was in "standby" divided into the circumstances created by the pandemic. As the first member of the start-up had the function of assisting the CEO (Jeroen Van Waal) in the following tasks:- Administrative Management - Project Management - Marketing and Graphic Design - Commercial Management - Consulting, etc.

Carrying out sport, recreational and artistic activities in hotels.For the kids were developed activities such as handycraft, sports, face painting, minidisco (dance), ballon twisting and kids shows; with the adults sports activities (team games, yoga ,pilates, stretching, waterpolo...), shows*, temathic parties, disco nights**.*Developed tasks as host people and shows, actor, singer, dancer and stage designer.**Developed tasks as sound and lights technician

During the year monitoring outdoor activities and teambuilding for companies. In holiday season monitoring of summer camps* and team leadership**.*Management of groups of kids between 10 and 150 participants from 6 to 14 years old.** Management between 2 and 5 monitors.

Monitor of team building activities, birthday parties, tree climbing (canopy) and canoeing.Management of groups of kids and adults between 2 and 50.

Monitor of sports, adventure and nature activities, such as:- Negative Jump, Zipline, Archery, Paintball, Alpine Coaster, Hiking, Climbing, Mini Golf, Tree Climbing (canopy), Stand Up Paddle, Canoeing, Canyoning, Aquatic Hiking and Treasure Hunts.Management of groups of kids and adults between 2 to 40 participants.

Cook and Costumer Service.

Waitress at a coffee and icecream shop.

Cooking of 200 - 300 daily meals for the clients.

Breakfast and Lunch service, assembly of spaces for weddings and corporate meetings.
