As a member of the Lockpath Professional Services Organization, the Solutions Consultant helps NAVEX Global’s customers realize the potential impact of our Compliance Training, Case Management and Policy Management solutions. By working directly with our current and prospective customers, to assess the potential impact of NAVEX Global’s solution, identify specific functional areas where the solution fits within the customer's business, and quantify the value to be gained by leveraging NAVEX Global business fundamentals and Professional Services Methodology within our clients Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs.

As a FAMCare Project Manager I am responsible for the successful implementation of the FAMCare case management software Solution throughout the SDLC. In this client facing role I am the first point of contact for client questions and issues related to the project(s). I work with clients to understand their business requirements and help configure, test and train on the FAMCare platform.
