Assure quality of suppliers of electronic boards to all factories of Electrolux Major Appliances in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, by:- setting up and monitoring global quality KPIs- supporting factories in reaction to major quality issues and problem solving- leading process auditing activities at supplier factories, and associated supplier development programs- coordinating and coaching a network of auditors dedicated to electronics suppliers- driving cooperation between suppliers and Electrolux R&D in NPI projects through consistent application of an APQP/FMEA process, to focus on prevention- managing electronics suppliers industrial projects (new factories & product transfers / capacity increase / automation) through a standard stage-gate process, again to focus on prevention- developing and implementing standard supplier quality processes and methodologies across all Electrolux business areas and supplier base, based on quality ‘core tools’ APQP/FMEA/Control Plan/PPAP/MSA/SPC- support Purchasing in shaping supplier strategy and development of Electrolux supplier base- support R&D in developing new HW/SW architectures, to build quality into the design of new electronics

Define, implement and drive a cross- function process for quality improvement of electronic controls:1) build process KPI : Service Call Rate of Electronics2) define short & long term targets and action plans with factories / R&D / product quality 3) Short term :- followup short-term action plans, pick-up early warnings of deviation , manage reactions- review field rejects analysis data & correlate with SCR data4) Long term: Support new products development by driving- design FMEA to assure new electronics design will deliver target SCR- process FMEA to assure supplier & factory manufacturing processes are properly engineered

Positions reports to VP Industrial Engineering Manager EuropeLead a Value Engineering Program, as part of a Lean Production Initiative in Electrolux Major Appliances Europe, running cost reduction projects in several European plants, spanning all product categories (Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Cookers).

R&D Director of mid-low end product platforms, reporting to VP Product Development Cooking Division and located in Forlì (Italy); the position is part of a european team.Manage the project portfolio of mid-low end products (built-in ovens and hobs, free-standing cookers, electric and gas fuelled, sold all over Europe) and the R&D organization dedicated to these products, comprising two R&D units, one based in Italy (Forlì) with 60 people and one based in Romania (Satu Mare) with 25 people
