He was also able to help secure placements with artists like Sebastian Yatra, Rauw Alejandro, Alvaro Diaz, Lola Indigo, Dalex, and Corina Smith. Through Angelo’s guidance, Alvaro Diaz was able to cement a deal with Universal Publishing and an album deal with Universal Music. He also secured Alvaro a campaign with Apple Music in Mexico and four immensely successful tours around Mexico (including sold out performances at Plaza Condesa and Indy Rocks). With his help, Alvaro was able to participate in international festivals like SXSW, Hellow Fest, Isle of Light and Ceremonia. Angelo’s expert eye guided Alvaro to the massively successful releases of four EP’s and a mixtape, innumerable covers on digital platforms (like Spotify, Apple Music and Pandora), and a Tu Musica Urbano win for Best Song - Urbana Tropical Fusion. Through his tireless work within the music industry, he was able to introduce and grow the Trap and Hip Hop Latino genres in Puerto Rico (something that had not existed in the country prior)—ushering in a new sound for the island. While working at Magnus Media, he was able to secure the participation of Bad Bunny in the “Somos Una Voz” concert (which sought to raise funds for Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria), managed a robust catalog of talent, worked on the 4x Platinum track “Por Perro” by Sebastian Yatra ft Luis Figueroa & Larry over. He also signed a deal for Manuel Lara as a publishing producer for artists like CNCO, Kali Uchis, and Alvaro Diaz, as well as a Latin GRAMMY nomination for Best Pop Album with super group Camila. He also assisted with the creation and launch of Yashua’s album “777” and secured placements with Llane, Yera, Sebastian Villalobos and many more.
