Cava Companies and Cava Home Buyers is a vertically integrated real estate investment company which targets distressed single- and multi-family real estate owners in order to provide them with a quick and hassle-free solution. The exit strategies include wholesaling, fix and flip, buy and hold, novation, or a listing.As COO, I was responsible for the hiring, development, and leadership of all operations, sales, marketing, recruiting, and analyst teams. My leadership was pivotal in growing the team from a small siloed team to a robust team of over 50 employees.I drove a strategic transformation of Cava Companies' sales and marketing operations, resulting in a 350% increase in deal volume and revenue. This included building and managing comprehensive inside and outside sales teams and implementing advanced systems for lead generation. Key initiatives included the integration of Salesforce, development of in-house cold calling, SMS campaigns, YouTube and Facebook custom targeting, automated follow-up sequencing, and enhanced KPI and financial reporting mechanisms.My operational leadership was instrumental in successfully expanding the company's presence into two new markets.
