 Provides Technical Support on Chillers, ACCU, AHU, compressor, refrigeration accessories and controls.  Supervise & provide technical assistance to teams of technicians at various customer sites.  Conduct Site survey on SKM HVAC equipment’s and prepare the report for findings, feasibilities and proposed solutions. Coordinate with client engineers for comments resolution and various HVAC issues. Read, comprehend and train technician on complicated Electrical, PI drawings.  Estimate & preparation of proposals for, Annual maintenance contracts, rectification works & retrofit jobs  Verify and conceptualize the most optimum work route. Identify a clear scope of work on repair, installation, alteration, maintenance. Plan, prioritize & coordinate work of technicians. Prepares Equipment, Material & Manpower estimates. Responsible for Warranty issues on SKM Manufactured equipment’s. Responsible for safety & operations on a branch workshop.

 Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical & Electrical systems Plan, prioritize & coordinate work of subordinates. Provide technical support to skilled & unskilled workforce. Plan, implement and monitor inventories required. Maintains system and inventory data base.  Reports Handling. Ensure all works are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.
