For the last 9+ years, I have directed the business operations of KINITRON INC. Specializing in software development, digital marketing, and computer networking, I successfully started this company and grew it from promising side projects to a full-fledge business from 2015 to 2018.In the company’s current growing state, I multitask to run finance, operations, sales, and marketing across two teams in Chicago and Greece. Though I wear many hats in this company, my first priority is always my relationship with my clients along with strategic alliances.Through my experience in computer networking and providing technical computer assistance for small businesses in combination with my business expertise, I have been able to transfer my knowledge into this ever-growing business. My dedication to clients and high personal standards allow success for both me and those I work with.

In this position, I consistently strived to foster and maximize business relationships within the office setting and in the community by promoting trust and awareness as well as participating in local events and reaching out to local businesses. While developing these contacts, I worked to originate commercial loans and lines of credit alongside business development officers, providing only the best in client services.I also worked with our clients to assess their needs in investments, mortgage, insurance, merchant processing, and treasury management. Using excellent interpersonal skills, I helped clients with their financial needs, serving as the single point of contact for small business clients.During my time here, I significantly aided with new business development strategies and served as the primary point of contact for new deposit accounts.

For 2 years, I served as both a researcher and a problem solver at Fifth Third Bank. It was my responsibility to assist clients in their financial endeavors any way possible through excellent customer service and strong knowledge of banking. Not only did I identify investment opportunities for clients, but I opened new accounts, closed on personal and small business loans, and solicited new business to achieve growth. As I progressed in this role, I worked closely with management to develop new strategies and implement ideas to attain customer satisfaction and improved business.

My time with Dynamic Investments helped me to develop strong skills across business development and administration, public relations, and information technology – all of which are crucial aspects of running my current business. In this role, I developed profitable relationships with several clients, creating a large network of investors. Using strong communication skills, I was able to leverage my network connections during seminars, presentations, and even private encounters. My aim was to boost business participations as I helped with fundraising, e-marketing, global communications, and media presentations. I also prepared materials, hosted seminars, and financial establishments for various company clients. I promoted the company through my communications and marketing while maintaining client relationships and upholding their best interests.

Upon initially discovering my passion for information technology and computer networking, I worked for myself aiding small businesses with setting up their networks and providing assistance fixing computer issues. This experience drove me to come back to my passion later in life and allowed me to successfully begin my current business.
