As an FP&A Analyst, reported directly under the CFO and handled the company's Support Function Cost (ie. Opex/SG&A) from budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reporting. I ensured that each department spend within their budget, and see to it that total country deliver its target SFC growth. In addition, I also assist the Finance Controller in ensuring that monthend closing and reporting runs smoothly. Responsibilities include making sure all JVs are approved, P&L is confirmed from topline down to margins, and SFC and reporting is done timely.My main internal customers include the different Business Unit and Department Heads,Finance Business Partner, Finance Controller, and the CFO.

Under the Graduate Trainee Program, I was exposed and assigned to different tasks within Finance – ranging from finance operations to reporting and analysis. On the side, I was also a member of the Employee Welfare Committee (EWC) – the employee engagement leg of HR.

As Finance Officer, ensured that the organization’s projects are well funded by conceptualizing and overseeing fund raising activities, and by keeping the organization’s financial systems running throughout the year. I led five deputies who implemented these projects and systems and drove four official fund raising projects for the school year.

As Associate Secretary General, led a pool of members that conceptualized and executed promotional campaigns for the organization’s internal and external events.

Queens was a student-run start-up food business in Ateneo de Manila University's John Gokongwei Student Enterprise Center (JSEC). As Finance and Accounting Officer, I kept track of the stall’s daily financial transactions, prepared monthly financial reports, and made sure that the business runs on competitive margins.
