Angelo's career is dedicating to providing both consulting services to successful business clients and comprehensive advocacy and counsel in commercial legal matters in transactional and litigation matters.Angelo’s legal practice emphasizes asset, corporate, and project finance transactions, commercial litigation, and corporate counsel services (on a "quasi in-house" basis), with a focus on the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors. He has represented clients in disputes throughout the United States, served as lead counsel in project and asset finance matters with a capital value in excess of $750MM.Over 17 years, Angelo has advised on transactions in the United States and abroad, served on "turn-around" teams for a number of ventures, and advised a diverse clientele, including small entrepreneurial ventures, companies owned by multiple generations of family members, and Fortune 500 companies. This diverse experience has given Angelo unique insights that enable innovative and 'holistic' approaches in the structure and execution of business transactions and in the resolution of disputes.In 2020, Angelo formed ROSA PLLC by assembling a team of professionals dedicated to providing business advising and legal counsel to a select clientele with the quality, experience, and resources usually confined to larger firms, but without the significant premiums in cost.In addition to the professional work described above, Angelo has authored several academic and practice-oriented articles, which have been in law reviews and journals throughout the United States and Europe. In 2019, he authored, edited, and published the first practice treatise devoted to pre-trial civil procedure in Idaho, one of the fastest growing markets in the United States. He is also a cited authority on conventional asset finance, Islamic finance structures, and international banking regulation matters.Outside of work, Angelo enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and conversing with a wide variety of friends and family.
