My journey in the fitness and wellness industry is deeply rooted in my academic and professional background.My first studies were in indoor sports coaching, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and am a trained economist. I further specialized by earning a Master's Degree in Strategic Management of Tourism Destinations & Enterprises from the University of the Aegean. My academic pursuits laid a strong foundation for my career, enabling me to merge business acumen with a passion for fitness and wellness.In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am a professor of economics and business at NYC College. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge and experiences with the next generation of business leaders. My career in fitness is equally distinguished. I have been a professional fitness presenter, earning accolades at some of Europe’s most prestigious fitness conventions.
