The Junior Operations Business Partner (Shared Services) is responsible for Service Delivery who oversees day-to-day operations of the business and client management for Managed-Service accounts from different verticals such as ecommerce, insurance, and information technology service support. The BP also oversees Employee of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), and Staff Extension accounts. The BP is responsible for his cluster’s overall people, performance, and process management and improvement. Job Overview: Supervise a Customer Service Team based in Manila for an E-Commerce Program with 18 FTE.
