Current• Conduct diverse laboratory procedures, including primer reconstitution, lyophilization, bead coupling, plating, handling liquid nitrogen and precise measurement of concentrations and pH levels.• Employ advanced laboratory equipment, such as automated dispensing systems, Coulter counters, spectrophotometers, pipettes, and centrifuge, for accurate and efficient analyses.• Execute assembly processes for NxTAG and xTAG Respiratory and Gastrointestinal Pathogen Panel and xTAG Cystic Fibrosis kits, with precision, adhering to quality standards throughout the production workflow.• Handle Oracle transactions to manage inventory and track laboratory resources efficiently.• Maintain meticulous records with thorough completion of BPRs and DMRs, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and upheld a clean laboratory environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
