Significant Achievements▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✓ Led the MD&D CIP & Capital Productivity system and process to monitor and track a portfolio of over 1400+ projects across 60+ sites globally resulting in driving the productivity goal exceeding $200M year over year & Capital spend accuracy of 1-2%.✓ Partnered with MD&D, Pharma & Consumer APAC to drive ME2 harmonization, guidelines & standards to drive deployment across J&J Enterprise manufacturing sites. Utilized standard approach to deliver improvements including OEE 5-10% & generating Reliability & ME2 Savings of $27.2M ($150M over 6 years).✓ Developed the 1st Supply Chain University for MD&D in 2014. Program drives key supply chain competencies & technical skill sets in Six Sigma, Project Leadership, Process Capability, OEE, & Supply Chain Capability courses, as well as SME contents & focused support & trainings. Created an Engineering Blue Book for supply chain competencies.✓ New Robust process model deployed to all MD&D SC sites; trained over 800+ engineers via campus deployment model.
