- In charge of the administration of a non-profit organization dedicated to engineering, market intelligence and industrial articulation, supervising a team of 10 engineers (15 people) and being responsible for preparing and complying with business plans and budgets.- Manage new business units, from Arica to Concepción, building loyalty to a portfolio of more than 200 companies in the Engineering, Construction and Mining sectors, maintaining a direct relationship with their main managements- Lead the consultancies to authorities and chambers organizations such as: Planification Ministry, Economy Ministry, Finance Ministry, Central Bank, Corfo, Prochile, Chilean Chamber of Construction, among others.
