- Responsible for strategizing and facilitating National and/ Cluster sourcing projects for medical supplies- Plan, develop, strategize and implement sourcing strategy and supplier initiatives and be accountable for the outcomes- Facilitate and guide Evaluation Committee to evaluate goods and/ services proposals from supplier- Engage key stakeholders on their requirements and suppliers to reduce the total cost of ownership through streaming workflow, standardization of products/services and rationalization of suppliers- Add value through negotiations, product standardizations and/ or innovative ways of sourcing- Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate, rationalize and streamline processes for better savings- Establish Master Agreement on time to ensure continuous supply of product and services- Perform support activities such as maintaining in-house contract ensure continuous supply of product and services- Handle performance review and consolidate stakeholder’s feedback to address issue and seek continuous improvements with suppliers
