I'm an insurance professional with a diverse background stemming from 15 years of legal and regulatory compliance experience. I am particularly skillful at managing people and projects to help companies successfully respond to evolving regulatory requirements. I'm always excited to take on a new challenge and ready to help my peers and colleagues succeed. I'm currently a part of Nassau Re, an innovative company focused on building a franchise across the insurance value chain with a "one team" mentality. In our industry, compliance is good for business and good for consumers. I believe in thoughtful, strategic and results-driven compliance programs that support the needs of our business while preserving the integrity of our company and employees. I recently obtained my MBA, Summa Cum Laude from the University of Hartford, with a concentration in Management. I was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society in 2017 and received the CFA Society Hartford Award in 2018 for academic excellence. I've received many awards for exemplary work and volunteer service. I am currently I'm a State of Connecticut Notary Public and also serve as a member on the Town of East Hampton (Connecticut) Planning and Zoning Commission.For me, compliance is more than a career, it's a lifelong commitment.
