I work with both for-impact organisations to maximise social impact strategies and products, as well as the fundamentals of effective operational management; and with funding partners on strategic funding and community support. I am equally comfortable in the corporate, finance and philanthropic spaces, at the Board, Advisory and execution levels, engaging intimately with stakeholders and decision makers.With more than 30 years' experience and proven leadership at international Big Law firms in Hong Kong and Singapore, leading multi-jurisdictional and inter-disciplinary teams across the globe, and being a trusted advisor to clients, I have successfully grown business, developed talent, and driven DEI and leadership initiatives, as well as local community service projects which were implemented globally.
