My primary responsibility is to oversee the projects' implementation—to ensure all the projects meet the required standards. Therefore one of my main tasks is to provide guidance and standards in the execution of projects, which comes in the forms of project templates & standardized processes. As a position that becomes a bridge for the projects and their stakeholders, I have duties to provide thorough reports and dashboards to the executives in the organization. Every quarter, I will provide stakeholders with a report on overall project performance, an updated project dashboard, clear information about projects budgets & costs, and some insights from project implementation that can be improved projects and the organization as a whole.Due to UID's working nature to act as a catalyst for trust-building and cooperation among government, business, and civil society—I also have a liaison role with ministries and agencies in Indonesia.

My role is to lead a renewable energy technology distribution program to last-mile communities through a women's economic empowerment program. This program aims to empower women to become clean energy micro-social-entrepreneurs, increase their income and make renewable energy technologies available in last-mile communities across Indonesia. I have developed a data management system and SOPs to track reliable information about beneficiaries' development progress and program impact. I also created a budgeting plan and took a role as Budget Holder for the program. I was involved in preparing the proposal and reporting to the donor.

Managing Wonder Woman Western Indonesia (WWWI) Program, a social entrepreneurial initiative that aims to improve the socio-economic status of women entrepreneurs in East Java (Bojonegoro and Tuban) and North Aceh through the creation of technology distribution businesses. The program has directly impacted more than 150 woman micro-social-entrepreneurs, who have income increased by more than 20%.Develops business model and SOP and leads group business initiatives to benefit socially and economically to communities. Fifty percent of total beneficiaries' business increased their income by 25%.Develops a monitoring system and form to track beneficiaries' development and program impact.

Led a realignment project to develop new microfinance loan products that provide financial services to the poor and ‘unbankable’ people in rural areas.
