• Assist Drilling Manager to manage drilling matters of 4 Oil & Gas Blocks in Central Sumatera Indonesia and 1 Oil & Gas Block in Mozambique• Responsible for technical aspects in well design and engineering. Review drilling & completion programs• Responsible for non-technical aspect : Budget estimation and Authority for Expenditure (AFE), owner estimation and scope of works, technical aspect in procurement process, as well as logistic plans• Engage communication to government authorities in implementation of drilling & workover project (reporting & AFE close out)

• Prepare and review completion & testing programs, workover and well service programs for optimizing well productivity (rezoning, re-perforation, squeeze cementing, acid & hydraulic fracturing, pump replacement) using land rig, hydraulic workover unit and also rigless activities (slickline activities, PLT and thru tubing perforation)• Budgeting of workover (AFE) & well service program, review and monitoring of tender for services and material process, close out AFE• Field supervision to monitor and ensure completion, testing, workover and well service programs are applied in safe, efficient and cost effective mannerAchievement :• 2017 – Malacca Strait Offshore Campaign – Executed well service program for 7 wells, reduced deferment to 2500 BOPD• 2016 – BUZI Mozambique - Designed completion & DST program for 3 HPHT exploration wells • 2015 – CBM Sangatta field - Executed completion & well testing program for 8 exploration wells as exploration commitment to fulfill CBM block extension • 2014 – Jambi field - Executed Hydraulic Fracturing programs on 2 wells, resulted 1500 BOPD, from initial production 300 BOPD

• Prepare / review Well Testing and temporary completion (DST) programs for exploration wells.• Supervise job executions including designing test string, running in hole procedure, flowing the well, taking formations samples, PVT samples, stimulation, well intervention including coil tubing operation, killing procedure and to ensure the job performed in safe, efficient and cost effective manner. And to ensure the data and information are collected to satisfy the end user• Analyze DST-welltesting data to get the reservoir data, reserve estimation and POP planningAchievement :2011-2013 - Design, supervise & analyze DST - Well testing programs on more than 12 exploration wells

• Assigned as HSE Coordinator for Elnusa Modular Rig #001, 1500 HP cyber drilling rig worked for VICO Indonesia at Nilam Field• Monitor and implement standard application of Corporate HSE in its work unit has fulfilled the requirements of OHSAS 18001• Implement and manage HSE campaign programs (including HIRADC, JSA and HOC) in a work unit or project• Handling of the accident/incident at unit in accordance with procedures and conduct an investigation into the accident/incident• Managed to initiate several safety programs to prevent nearmiss & accident and reached 1 year operation without LTI (2010-2011) for 1500 HP drilling rig , VICO operation
