I hold master degree study majoring in Biotechnology of Fisheries and Marine and I am also working voluntarily for 14 years in AFS / Bina Antarbudaya Surabaya. I am currently the President Chapter of Bina Antarbudaya Surabaya. Some months ago, I am working as Assistant Manager for Triathlon National Team from Indonesia for Asian Games.Beside my academic background, I already 14 years active in a NGO works focused on intercultural learning called AFS. Every year AFS not only send and host students from Indonesia to many countries abroad vice versa, especially in chapter Surabaya, we also done various social projects that can develop a community. We always have to make a good communication and team working with other third parties in this case government, other organization, or school. And also as one of the seniors in this organization, I have to be able to develop the juniors by training, orientation, etc. As the leader of Bina Antarbudaya Surabaya, every coordinator have to ask me about decision. I have to be systematic and structured about plan and work to avoid chaos.Due to my undergraduate and master theses, I have to do an experimental study that develop my laboratory skill. More over, I am focusing in fermentation that involving microorganism. I am also the best student who graduate on March 2018 due to my straight A score in my Master degree.Actually what I did voluntarily is far related from my background study. I confident that I have a good analytical skill from my education background. Simply, I am a scientist with a good social skill such as leadership and communication.
