PT. Swire Altus Shipping is the Multi-International Shipping Company which is a part of SWIRE PACIFIC OFFSHORE OPERATIONS PTE LTD, based in Singapore. As a Senior Tax Officer I have done some tasks as follow :- Maintain the tax compliances (WHT, VAT, PIT and CITR) for the group company based in Indonesia.- Make sure the tax treatment both AP and AR side. - Maintain accounting tax in company system (CODA and ORACLE). - Assist the manager to preparing the Financial Audit and Transfer Pricing Docs.- Handling the tax advisory for group company based in Indonesia and transaction related to Indonesian regulation. - Assisting tax audit process.- Liaise with staff from Indonesian tax office, tax consultant and internal tax staff for tax issues.

As a Senior Tax Associate :- Manage 1 or 2 people below me to preparing the monthly tax compliance.- Handling the tax calculation for Personal Income Tax of the staff of the clients and crews. - Reviewing every works that done by junior tax associate.

As an associate :- Handling the monthly tax compliance for the clients that mostly is shipping company.- Assisting on preparation all the administrative things for the clients.- Annually preparing the corporate Income Tax and make a tax due diligence for some clients depend on the needs. - Manage the update of tax regulation base for the company to be share to the clients or internal staffs.- Assist the senior tax associate to prepare the presentation deck for meeting with the clients.
