Senior Project Manager for a significant historic revitalization, adaptive reuse project in Seattle's Pioneer Square. Responsible for overseeing the complete transformation of three marquee buildings in Seattle's oldest neighborhood including a complete replacement of building systems, complete structural upgrade, modernization of building amenities while significantly activating the right of way and public areas around the building. The adaptive reuse of the three buildings provides a dynamic change to Pioneer Square by creating highly curated retail, food and beverage, multi-family, commercial office and hotel. All three buildings are seeking National Park Service tax credits. One is targeting LEED Platinum. The project entails a significant right of way improvement to alleys, sidewalks and areaway. Responsible for managing a $165 million dollar plus budget, a complicated multi-year, multi-phase construction schedule, oversite and coordination of the general contractor, sub-contractors, architects and consultants and communication with community groups, neighbors and civic leaders. Oversee entitlements, permitting and special permissions. Responsible for the leasing of all commercial space and all associated tenant improvement work.

Responsible for all aspects of the real estate cycle including property management, construction, leasing and marketing operations for the company’s 3.5 million square foot commercial property portfolio, with a combined value in excess of $400M. Responsible for providing comprehensive property management and leasing services for over 3.5M square feet of commercial properties including: Class A, B and C office space, warehouse and storage facilities, industrial buildings, parking, retail and mixed use properties.Responsible for the preparation and execution of multiple property budgets exceeding a cumulative $50,000,000 annually. Met or exceeded individual property budget projections annually. Completed annual reconcilation and escalation for all properties. Created and maintained long term capital planning for all aspects of each assets. Negotiate all leasing activities within the portfolio for new and existing tenants, equating to multi-millions of square feet of leasing in all sectors - Office, Industrial, Flex, Warehouse Storage, Parking and Retail negotiating rate, concessions, improvement allowances and other significant terms.Plan, coordinate and execute capital projects, major repairs and tenant improvements.
