Assist store manger in daily operations to maintain a profitable business by being a leader on the sales floor, maintaining payroll, onboarding new talent, scheduling, supply ordering, and coaching.-District training specialist in a new electronic clienteling system via iPad Provide training, ensure consistent implementation of e-clienteling standards and brand service for central district of 13 stores. Continual partnership with corporate training and development teams -Loss Prevention specialist role: work with inventory control to maintain a low shrink, oversee shipping and receiving procedures, conduct monthly meetings and audits-Visual Merchandise specialist role: maintain visual standards consistent with brand strategies, floor sets, and window updating

Oversee all store operations of this new concept store by directing, motivating, and leading team to meet and surpass company objectives in the areas of sales, management, development, profitability, training, merchandising, and customer service.-Monitor daily sales goals, payroll, recruiting, coaching, hiring, and training-Work closely with buyers and marketing teams to provide feedback on product and strategies to ensure profitability

Focus on visual merchandising, customer service, and people development- Conduct floor sets, windows, mannequins and all visual standards- Manage sales team, payroll, scheduling, interviewing, new hire training
